Hi, My name is  Alice Wu.

I effectively led a customer service team of 35 people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, during which time I was able to increase our company's satisfaction rate to 95%.

By changing the company's perception of customer service on our platform, I attracted numerous sponsors. Furthermore, I successfully integrated two teams, improving overall efficiency, and trained 100 new employees to become full-time professionals.

 

In addition, I demonstrated my strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, as I strengthened the company's internal human resource management and consistently received positive feedback from the operations manager and HR manager
